Portland's own Kevin Sampsell reading at reed college (part 1 out of 3) with "a cool introduction by Peter Rock".
He will also be reading: Next Thursday, the 20th, in celebration of the new anthology, Northwest Edge III: The End of Reality (Chiasmus Press). It's at Disjecta (under the Burnside Bridge), starting at 8pm. It's a pretty full evening with music from Mike Daily's band, short films (the book comes with a DVD), and readings by contributors like Zoe Trope and Kevin. He is a major talent and runs the respected publishing house Future Tense. Support your local artists!
