Yahoo's reorganization
As everyone (here's Om's take) reports on and analyzes the circumstances surrounding Yahoo's press conference today, I wonder if this is a preliminary nail in the coffin of the "huge-horizontal-all things to all people" media strategy...as well as the "get a Hollywood guy in there..they understand content!" strategy (Braun & Semel.) ...and hence the beginning of the stampede towards aggregating vertical-niche media properties.
